Project Overview
The main goal of the Size Measurement Project is to test for correlation between worm size and electricity response, using electricity response data taken from the Zap Project. To do this, the size of each worm strain will be measured to develop known young adult size averages.
Diagram of Procedure to Create Slides
Glass slides are prepared according to the diagram, then worms are paralyzed with 4% sodium azide and M9 buffer solution. Worms are then photographed to be analyzed for length and width using QCapture!

Data Analysis
Fiji Photo is used to analyze the photos taken of various young adult strains to measure their length and width.
